GaiusGin is a London Dry with a Mediterranean character, born in the hills of Sannio and designed for those who love clean, fragrant and bright gins. The nose opens with bold juniper and fresh citrus notes; the palate is dry, balanced, with a lingering finish reminiscent of field herbs and light spices.

It is perfect in an essential Gin & Tonic (dry tonic, lots of ice, a lemon peel) and surprising in classic cocktails such as Negroni and Martini, where it maintains structure and personality without covering up the mix.
